Abstract

This research aims to analyze and design the user interface on the Information Technology Department website using the Design Thinking and Remote Usability Testing methods. The Design Thinking method is applied to understand user needs and produce creative solutions in interface design, while Remote Usability Testing is used to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the resulting design. This study involved 50 respondents who participated in remote usability testing. The research results show that the success rate of the designed interface reached 85%, which is categorized as very good. These findings indicate that the approach used is effective in creating an intuitive and satisfying interface for users. In this way, the resulting interface design can improve user experience and meet the functional and aesthetic needs of Information Technology Department website users.
