Abstract
The utilization of sunlight as a renewable energy source has great potential. This can be utilized as a source of electrical energy where Indonesia is one of the tropical countries. The purpose of this community service is to provide solutions to residents of the Argopuro Mountains Area, Suci Village in overcoming the problem of the absence of lighting at night so as to limit the activities or activities carried out by residents. The method of implementing community service activities includes surveys and observations, purchasing needed, making Sun Power PLTS designs and assembling, installing Sun Power PLTS in the Argopuro Mountains Area, and fun discussions containing training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this community service have gone well, namely the installation of PLTS Sun Power with a capacity of 600 Wh which has illuminated 8 houses and 1 musholah at night, the formation of a WhatsApp group for the Sun Power management team to facilitate coordination, a Partner Manual for maintenance and repair, and increasing residents' understanding of renewable energy and its utilization as an alternative energy source as well as the use and maintenance of solar panel systems.
