Abstract

The coffee plant (Coffea arabica L.) is a plantation crop commodity that has high economic value. The research was carried out at the Jember State Polytechnic Seed Technology Laboratory from October to January 2024. This research used a non-factorial RAK (Randomized Block Design) with 1 factor, namely: concentration of coconut water, with treatments including; P0: (control/urea), P1: Coconut water concentration 20%, P2: Coconut water concentration 35%, P3:Coconut water concentration 50%, P4: Coconut water concentration 65%. When applied once every 2 weeks during the seedling age of 16 MST, there were 120 Arabica coffee seedlings. The results of the research showed that there was a real influence on the parameters of seed height (cm) at 16 MST, seed diameter (cm) at 16 MST, shoot base weight (gr), shoot dry weight (gr), and root dry weight (gr). But it has no real effect on observations of the number of leaves (pairs).
