Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of natural growth regulators on the growth of bud sets of three sugarcane varieties (Saccharum officinarum L.). This research was conducted in the nursery, State Polytechnic of Jember from October to January 2020. The method used was factorial randomized block design ( RAKF). Grouping based on natural zpt concentrations and three sugarcane varieties. The first factor of Natural ZPT (Z) consists of 4 concentrations, namely Z1 0 ml / liter, Z2 30 ml / liter, Z3 60 ml / liter, Z4 90 ml / liter. The second factor is three sugarcane varieties, namely V1 PS 862, V2 HW, V3 VMC 76-16. In this research activity, data analysis was obtained from observations using the Analysis Of Varience (ANOVA) level of 5%. If there is a significant difference between treatments, it will be followed up with the Honest Real Difference Test (BNJ) at 5% level. The results showed that natural zpt did not show significantly different results, sugarcane varieties showed significantly different yields on the parameters of planting height, number of leaves, number of tillers, and diameter of stems. The combination of natural zpt treatment and sugarcane varieties did not show significantly different results. Keywords: Natural ZPT, Sugarcane Varieties
