Abstract
Mebel Kurnia, a high-quality wooden furniture company, experienced a significant decline in sales. Furniture sales are declining probably due to Inefficient Layout, Poor Stock Management and Poorly maintained Warehouses. To overcome this, Kurnia Furniture requires an efficient and strategic item layout system. One solution is to use item layout software. With the Dedicated Storage method, goods are stored separately for each customer or type of item, increasing sales, storage efficiency, comfort in working, and making it easier to manage and monitor stock. The research results show that with the Dedicated Storage method, efficiency reaches 86.67% in comparison of the distance traveled between the initial layout and the proposed layout. The average error on the Mebel Kurnia (LMK) Layout Website is 0%, with a success rate reaching 100%. Layout Mebel Kurnia (LMK) website testing was carried out through Blackbox testing with 12 respondents, which was in line with expectations. UAT testing was also carried out by the owner, person in charge of Mebel Kurnia, as well as five loyal Mebel Kurnia customers, who provided positive feedback. The percentage of UAT success reached 87.9%.
