Abstract

This performance measurement is a very important factor for an organization. With this change, traditional performance measurements are no longer relevant and reliable to use. This research is qualitative research using a case study approach. The data research method used in this research is using interview techniques, questionnaires, documentation. The analysis method used is qualitative analysis carried out with descriptive explanations, while quantitative analysis is carried out by measuring performance based on each balanced scorecard perspective. The results of this research show that the performance of the Gondang Wetan Community Health Center was measured using the Balanced Scorecard method and received a score of 90.23, including being in very healthy condition with the AAA category.
