Abstract
Currently, the process of borrowing and returning medical records at the Prof. Regional General Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Regency was carried out manually using a loan/expedition book. Apart from that, file recovery is still less organized because the tracer has not been used. As a result, files are scattered because there is no outgate. The aim of this research is to design and build a web-based system for borrowing and returning medical records at RSUD Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Regency. The results of this research will have the ability to produce reports on borrowing and returning medical records, print tracers, and send notifications of returning medical records via Telegram. This research and development method uses the system development methodWaterfall. Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding, and Testing The research results show that the system for borrowing and returning medical records can help medical record officers at RSUD Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Regency. According to the results of system trials carried out by gas officers using the black box testing method, this system can make their work easier.
