Abstract

Education is a fundamental requirement for the reconstruction of a civilization. This is a basic service that every individual needs and a responsibility that the state must undertake. Jember State Polytechnic is a tertiary institution that provides vocational education, namely educational programs that lead to teaching and learning processes at specific levels of expertise, skills and competency standards in accordance with the needs of the job market and stakeholders, as well as having independence in work and entrepreneurship based on the science and technology obtained. Competence is defined as knowledge, skills and basic values that are reflected in habits of thinking and acting. Another meaning of competency is a specification of the knowledge, skills and attitudes possessed by a person, especially an educator, and their application in the world of education, in accordance with statutory standards for teachers and lecturers. The performance of students in groups when analyzing rules or guidelines, for example thesis writing guidebooks, final assignments, and scientific papers seems to include aspects of reading, exploring, and presenting activities. In analyzing scientific journals, student activities in groups include aspects of reading, planning, analyzing, exploring and verifying. In the Jember Informatics Engineering D4 Study Program, at the Jember State Polytechnic, expertise in assessing lecturers' pedagogical competence and student learning performance still uses averages in the assessment process. This can result in a lack of accuracy and objectivity in evaluating the performance of lecturers and students. So efforts are made to In response to this, research was carried out entitled measuring lecturer performance in the student learning evaluation system for the JTI Informatics Engineering D4 study program using the AHP method. This method is useful for assessing the weight of each influencing factor, so that it will provide more precise and factual evaluation results. In the research 15 criteria are used. Based on the test results, the units and values obtained from PHP unit testing were 16 tests and 89 assertions while the user acceptance testing method was 74.17%, and the results from black box testing were 96.97%.
