Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of accountability and transparency on Madrasah financial management in Jombang District, Jember Regency. This research uses quantitative methods using questionnaire instruments. The population was 144 respondents and the sample was 60 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis where the variables Influence of Accountability and Transparency are the independent variables and Madrasah Financial Management is the dependent variable. The research results show that simultaneously the Influence of Accountability and Transparency has a significant effect on Madrasah Financial Management in Jombang District, Jember Regency. Accountability and Transparency also have a partial effect.
