Abstract

Decision support system is a platform used to help human performance in making a decision. This study aims to develop a system that can assist and provide recommendations for prospective home buyers in housing and house selection in the form of a website-based housing and house selection decision support system with a case study in the district of Jember. The development of the system can provide recommendations in the housing and house selection process in Jember district. The research method used in the implementation of this research is the prototype method. From this research, the results show that the website-based housing and house selection decision support system using the weight product method can help in providing recommendations for houses that suit people's needs in choosing housing and housing
