Abstract

Bondowoso becomes one of the 10 regions in East Java which have a high number of poor people. One of the goverment’s effort to tackle the problem of poverty is to issue assistance by releasing the program named Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). There are 1,952 beneficiaries of PKH in Tegalampel District. There are 5 main categories people who deserve, those people are eligible and worth for PKH assistance according to the Ministry of Social Affairs. The five categories include the elderly who are over 60 years old, pregnant or post-partum women, toddlers, school children, and person with disabilities which means totally disability. The purpose of the thesis is to make a Decision Support System for recomendations on the eligibility of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) beneficiaries in Tegalampel District, Bondowoso Regency. This system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) calculation method. The final result of this thesis is a website based application.
