Abstract

Behind academic services that can help the process of student activities, there needs to be an evaluation of the usefulness of the POLIJE ONLINE SIM for its users. So that the process that has been running so far is in accordance with the needs and business processes of the Jember State Polytechnic. So it is necessary to conduct an evaluation to align users with managers so as to produce a good evaluation for the future. The study focuses on an evaluation using the COBIT framework issued by ISACA. The domains chosen in this study include Domain Plan and Organization, Domain Delevery And Support and Domain Acquisition and Implementation. The results show that the highest domain is DS10. Where the control and services on the POLIJE SIM are appropriate. Key words : Evaluation, Domain, COBIT
