Abstract

Analisis UI/UX Pada Aplikasi SAID (Sistem Administrasi dan Informasi Desa) di Kabupaten Bondowoso Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking (UI/UX Analysis of SAID (Village Administration and Information System) Application in Bondowoso Regency Using Design Thinking Method. Prawidya Destarianto, S.Kom, M.T Study Program of Informatics Engineering Major of Information Technology Program Studi Teknik Informatika Jurusan Teknologi Informasi ABSTRACT The SAID (Village Administration and Information System) application is an information system that includes procedures and utilization mechanisms that aim to manage existing resources in all villages in the Bondowoso Regency area and facilitate village officials in carrying out activities related to village administration.The problem experienced at this time is that the appearance of the User Interface and User Experience of the website display is too monotonous and users still find it difficult to use the website from SAID (Information and Village Administration System).This website is less attractive in terms of appearance, one of which is User Interface and User Experience. User Interface and User Experience are one of the problems in developing the SAID (Information and Administration System) website because in terms of the appearance of the website that is less attractive to users. User Interface is very important in website development. The method used in this research is the Design Thinking method. The Design Thinking method is a method of approaching the design process in solving problems experienced by users. The Design Thinking method is a method to solve complex problems experienced by users and provide efficient and effective solutions. The Design Thinking method has 5 stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test. This Design Thinking method is human centered where the problem solving process is in the user. The stages of the design thinking method are emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, test. The results of usability testing get an average final result of 94. The results of usability testing using the System Usability Scale as many as 50 respondents obtained a value of 87 which in the System Usability Scale falls into the category of adjective ratings "Excellent" at grade B and acceptable.
