Abstract
The prospective payment system applied to the tariff financing of INA-CBGs for cases of patients with BPJS Health guarantees requires the hospital to be able to control costs with the aim of avoiding the minus difference from claims of inpatients who use payments through BPJS. Inpatient control can be done by implementing clinical pathways that are implemented in an information system that guarantees the alignment of business processes with all related resources through IT governance.
