Abstract

MelFan Grosir is one of the wholesale stores that has sales in the form of offline stores and online based on WhatsApp and Instagram which can be seen through the official website owned by MelFan Grosir. In this research, the development of user interface design for MelFan Grosir mobile application uses the Five Planes method. Then, for testing using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method and using maze tools. In the Five Planes method, there are 5 stages, namely strategy plane, scope plane, structure plane, skeleton plane, and surface plane. The results of questionnaire testing using the UEQ method show a positive value and fall into the excellent category with details of the attractiveness scale of 2.89, perspicuity of 2.88, efficiency of 2.91, dependability of 2.85, stimulation of 2.94, and novelty of 2.87. Meanwhile, in maze testing the usability level value reaches 92 which is included in the high (high) or feasible category.
