Abstract

The Online Patient Registration Information System (SIPPOL) is one of the clinic services provided by Wonolangan Hospital. This research aims to apply the Design Thinking method in designing recommendations for the SIPPOL Application. The recommended design was tested using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method and tested using a Maze. Two iterations were carried out in this design process because the results of the Maze test in the first iteration showed low scores. The results of the questionnaire test using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method showed that the five tested flows reached the Excellent category on the six UEQ scales used as benchmarks. Meanwhile, the results of the Maze test in the first iteration scored 82, and in the second iteration, it increased to 99, which falls into the high or acceptable category.
