Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transparency and accountability on the effectiveness of BOS fund management and to determine how much influence transparency and accountability have on the effectiveness of BOS fund management. This study used quantitative methods using primary data in the form of questionnaires, The respondents used in this research using a purposive sampling technique were 36 people consisting of school principals, treasurers, committee members and teachers, and data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that transparency and accountability have a significant effect on the effectiveness of BOS fund management.
