Abstract

When the Covid-19 pandemic began to enter Indonesia in March 2020, the issue of problems that occurred in the world of work, namely the increasing unemployment rate. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency in August 2020, the open unemployment rate was 7.07 percent, an increase of 1.84 percent compared to August 2019 which was 5.23 percent. With such conditions, the writer as an educator is called to want to provide training and debriefing to students so that they are ready to compete in the world of work. The current actual issue is "Lack of Readiness of Final Semester Students to Enter the World of Work at the Department of Agricultural Production, State Polytechnic of Jember" with the idea of solving the issue is "Debriefing the Recruitment Process for Employees to Enter the World of Work for Final Semester Students at the Department of Agricultural Production, State Polytechnic of Jember". The form of debriefing for final semester students by providing templates for CVs, Job Application Letters and briefing on tips and tricks for the interview process.
