Abstract

The medical records work unit has responsibility for the collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of this data where possible. In this manual medical record, the medical record work unit must have control over all procedures for storing and using medical record documents. The main goal is that the medical records work unit can maintain continuity of patient medical records that can be available any time needed. The tracking system is used to maintain the continuity of patient medical records to provide an overview of the time to provide medical record documents so that the service quality standards of medical record work units can always be measured. Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh hospital's medical record work unit in Banjarmasin in carrying out the provision of medical record documents can be said to have not done well because there are still problems in providing outpatient medical record documents. The purpose of this research is to design and create a medical record tracking information system in the context of quality control in the medical records work unit of the hospital Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. The system development method used is prototyping. The data collection techniques used in this study included interviews, observations, focus group discussions, and documentation. The final result of this research is a medical record tracking information system that can assist officers in controlling the provision of medical record documents and measuring the quality of time to provide more precise and accurate medical record documents.
