Abstract

This research aims to explain the implementation of e-budgeting using the Context Input Process Product (CIPP) model at the Jember Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). This research uses qualitative methods and data collection methods are carried out through interviews. Testing the validity of the data in this study used source triangulation. The results of this research show that the implementation of e-budgeting based on the evaluation of the CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product) at the Jember Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) shows that it is in accordance with the objectives of system implementation, namely to make the system uniform, making it easier to prepare budgets, regional financial management, reporting and human resources, infrastructure, policies and guidelines are adequate.
