Abstract

Coffee plants are one type of plantation plant that has a fairly high economic value. Coffee productivity has only reached referring to data owned by BPS East Java (2020) in East Java there is a coffee production area of 113,332 Ha spread across several regions. One of the efforts made is to provide superior seeds. Seeding is carried out by cuttings and given with growth-stimulating substances for rapid and good growth. The study was conducted from January to April 2023. Random Design of non-Factorial Group with 5 levels of treatment. Treatment K0 (Without onion extract), K1 (30% onion extract concentration). K2 (Onion extract concentration 40%), K3 (Shallot extract concentration 50%), K4 (Shallot extract concentration 60%). The data was analyzed using fingerprints. The results showed that the application of shallot extract had a very real effect on the parameters of shoot height, number of leaves, root length and percentage of life at the age of 1, 3 and 4 BST. While at the age of 2 BST the data showed no real effect on the parameters of shoot height and number of leaves.
