Abstract
White oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) are one of the horticultural commodities that are in demand and widely consumed in Indonesia. Apart from their effectiveness and efficiency, oyster mushrooms are rich in nutrients such as carbohydrates and protein, which are essential for body health. The high market demand for oyster mushrooms is not commensurate with the current production amount. Therefore, this classification system aims to describe the quality of temperature and humidity in oyster mushroom mushrooms, help farmers improve the production process, and meet high market demand. The method used in this classification system is K-Nearest Neighbor.
