Abstract

Cow's milk is one of the important sources of protein for consumers. Cow's milk can also be contaminated by Pathogenic bacteria that can cause diseases in consumers. Rapid and accurate identification of Pathogenic bacteria in raw cow's milk is essential to ensure food safety. An expert system that can identify Pathogenic bacteria in raw cow's milk using the Certainty Factor method is crucial. Therefore, it is important to swiftly and accurately identify Pathogenic bacteria present in raw cow's milk to take appropriate measures to prevent the spread of diseases caused by these bacteria. An expert system is one of the methods that can be used to identify Pathogenic bacteria in raw cow's milk because it can utilize the knowledge possessed by experts in the field to make informed decisions. The system developed for testing achieved an accuracy of 100% out of 12 tested data, and based on User Acceptance Testing, it achieved a score of 91.4%.
