Abstract

The Tanjunganom Health Center has implemented PHCMIS but there are still obstacles, 10 duplicate files, 5 files cannot be found, and the column for filling in the patient's social data still needs additional fields. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the PHCMIS at the Tanjunganom Health Center using the EUCS method. This type of research is qualitative. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses interviews, observation, documentation, and brainstorming. The system evaluation method uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) which has 5 dimensions namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, Timeliness. The results of the research based on the content dimension, users are satisfied because the features are complete, concise, there is a patient's medical history, problems rarely occur, and a report menu is available, but they still need additional fields for patient’s social data. The dimension of accuracy, users are still not satisfied because there are data duplications, data cannot be found, and drug usage calculations are inaccurate. Dimensional format, users are satisfied because the display of the system is clear, attractive, not boring, and according to needs. The Ease of Use dimension, users are satisfied because it is easy to use, easy to learn, easy to teach to new users, there are instructions for use, but there is no help menu yet. The dimension of timeliness, users are still not satisfied because the SIMPUS network is sometimes unstable. The results of the brainstorming, adding an additional column for filling patient’s social data, make it unique for NIK, adding a NIK search filter, improving the calculation of drug usage, adding a help menu, and improving the internet network. It is hoped that the Tanjunganom Health Center can monitor the system regularly and coordinate with system developers in carrying out system improvements.
