Abstract

Mustard greens have a short harvest period and a wide open market. This plant is widely consumed because it has fiber and good nutrition. To meet the needs of mustard greens in society, quality mustard seeds are needed. Efforts made to fulfill this goal require fertilization with the right dose. The aim of this research was to determine the dose of TSP fertilizer and the dose of Growmore 6-30-30 foliar fertilizer on the production and quality of mustard seeds. The research was carried out from March 2021 to June 2021 in Sukorambi Village, Sukorambi District, Jember Regency. Using a factorial Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with 4 replications, the first factor was the dose of TSP fertilizer consisting of 5 grams/plant, 10 grams/plant, and 15 grams/plant. The second factor is the Growmore 6-30-30 foliar fertilizer treatment which consists of 3 grams/L, 6 grams/L, and 9 grams/L. Data were analyzed using the F test (ANOVA) and continued with the DMRT test with an error rate of 5%. The results showed that the dose of TSP fertilizer had a real effect with the treatment of 15 grams/plant on the parameters of the number of pods per plant with the highest average of 138.44 pods and the number of pods per plot with the highest average of 553.75 pods. Treatment doses of Growmore 6-30-30 foliar fertilizer with a treatment of 9 grams/L had a very significant effect on seed weight per plant, seed weight per plot, seed production per hectare, and potential production per hectare with a value of 6.12 grams each. , 24.47 grams, 978.88 Kg/Ha, 1223.60 Kg/Ha, and the 3 gram/L treatment had a real influence on the weight parameter of 1000 grains with a value of 1.58gr. The treatment interaction between TSP fertilizer and Growmore 6-30-30 gave an insignificant effect (ns) for all observed parameters. Key word: Mustard plants, TSP Fertilizer, Foliar Fertilizer
