Abstract

Nutrition Is a substance that is needed by the body for growth, development, maintenance and repair of body tissues. Malnutrition is a state of nutritional intake that is very less than the body's needs, and in general, many malnutrition is suffered by toddlers (children aged 0-60 months) because at that age there is a very sharp increase in energy and viral or bacterial infection.So far parents of toddlers to diagnose malnutrition have to wait for the posyandu which is done once a month and is carried out by posyandu officers (midwives) or nutritionists (nutrition experts) to check whether the toddler is healthy or suffering from malnutrition, Lack of information to diagnose Malnutrition and the health of children under five can also cause the condition of toddlers (children aged 0-60 months) and delay in providing assistance.After testing the Blackbox system, the system has gone in accordance with the expected scenario and based on the UAT test that has been done to 5 toddlers and distributed questionnaires to the parents of toddlers and get a percentage result of 80% which means that the malnutrition expert system application can be well received in the community .
