Abstract
Electrical energy is energy that is very important for the operation of a business, such as the Cak Kebo coffee shop. This is due to the large number of business operational tools that utilize electrical energy. The use of electrical energy cannot be separated from the basic electricity rates (TDL) which can increase, therefore an increase in electricity rates will trigger this effort to conserve electrical energy. Efforts to increase the efficiency of electrical energy are urgently needed. Energy Audit is an effort or activity to identify the type and amount of energy. Audit of electrical energy used in the operational parts of an industry/business or building to determine the value of the intensity of electricity consumption (IKE), and aims to identify opportunities for saving electrical energy for business operations. The method used is to collect historical data for the Cak Kebo coffee shop such as measuring electricity consumption, so that the value of Energy Consumption Intensity is obtained. Analysis of energy saving opportunities is carried out by observing electrical equipment that is still inefficient when operated. The initial energy audit of Cak Kebo Coffee Shop shows that the Energy Consumption Intensity criteria are very efficient. Lighting in each room at night is still less than standard lighting. The actual amount of electrical energy used in March actually was 254.90kWh, and 269.76kWh theoretically. It is necessary to add an automatic system for the reservoir water pump so that the water pump is not turned off too late when the reservoir water is full.
