Abstract

The existing outpatient information system in Klinik Keluarga Kita, still cannot fully assist the work of outpatient officers. Officers feel that the information system does not have complete features. For example, there is no feature for downloading registered patient data, so that officers feel that the work is ineffective in compiling outpatient visit reports, because having to do it manually is tantamount to working twice. This study aims to develop a web-based outpatient information system at Klinik Keluarga Kita in Nganjuk with features that make it easier for officers. For example, login with their respective access rights, download visit data, download drug data, manage officer data, input examination data, manage examination data. This research uses Waterfall information system development method which has stages of identification, analysis, coding, testing, and implementation. Data collection methods using, interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Respondents filled out questionnaires related to usability and convenience. The results of the web-based outpatient information system that have been developed have a usability aspect value of 37.5% - 100% of respondents agree, and 12.5% - 62.5% strongly agree, for data in terms of the value of ease of 50% - 87.5% of respondents agree, and 12.5% - 62.5% of respondents strongly agree, from a total of 8 respondents who have used a web-based outpatient information system that has been developed.
