Abstract

This research develops a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to address the issues in employee performance evaluation at PT XYZ Labuan Bajo. The system integrates the Information System with the Decision Support System and successfully streamlines and expedites the employee evaluation process effectively and efficiently. The research findings indicate that the SAW method provides recommendations for the best employees based on the highest accumulated scores. The ranking results show that Adrianus Oktaviano Dambun obtains the first rank with an accumulation score of 100, followed by Albinus Nasong in the second rank with an accumulation score of 100, and then followed by other employees ranking as the third and subsequent ranks.
