Abstract

The use of the Health Management Information System (SIMRS) at Kaliwates General Hospital has now reached 80%. However, Kaliwates General Hospital had not yet evaluated the use of the SIMRS where the evaluation activities are an obligation regulated by the government for Internet-Based Government Systems once in 2 years. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Health Management Information System by analyzing the characteristics and the influence between the variables of Technology Acceptance Model. The type of this research used quantitative analytical descriptive with data collection techniques by taking questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Model with approach Partial Least Square. The subjects of the study were 45 officers consisting of Outpatient Registration officers, Inpatient Registration, and Inpatient Services with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. The results of this study are the four variables have moderate characteristics. Perceived ease of use to perceived usefulness has a significant influence with value t-statistic 11.357 and P-Value 0.000. Perceived usefulness to attitude towards using has a significant effect on value t-statistic 4.843 P-Value 0.000. Perceived ease of use to attitude towards using has no significant relationship with value t-statistic 1.719 and P-Value 0.086. Attitude towards using to actual usage has a significant influence value t-statistic 9.913 and P-Value 0.000. Recommendations that can be made are to conduct periodic evaluations by focusing on the accuracy of the information, the access constraints experienced, UI/UX design, and retraining SIMRS users.
