Abstract

Medical record documents at the Nogosari Health Center in Jember Regency had several factors causing the breakdown of medical record documents, one of which was the placement of them adjacent to one another when the officers encountered difficulties. It was found that out of 2000 medical record documents, 40 medical record documents were damaged by 22.5% . One of them in analyzing DRM damage is collecting data through interviews, observatin, documentation. The method used is CARL, while the priority of the first DRM damage problem is caused by animals, the second disaster, the third moisture, the fourth temperature, the fifth food, the sixth drink, the seventh mushroom, the eighth black ink is of low quality, the ninth is APAR. Some of the problems related to DRM damage require brainstorming as a solution to solving the problem, what is obtained is the first to meet the needs for termite, flea and rat removal drugs. It is necessary to renovate the storage room for good medical record documents. For example, the room already has air conditioning. And the room has been kept clean, the second is the provision of a tube spiral cable organizer to protect the cables, the third is cleaning the archives or medical record documents manually from dirt adhering to the files, then wiping them with a damp cloth that has been doused with alcohol or thymol so that the dirt sticks to them. medical record documents can be detached and the medical documents inside are not attached to each other.
