Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify individual factors that influence the use of SIPADES using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study uses a quantitative method with a population consisting of SIPADES operators and village asset managers in the Jember District Government environment. The sample consisted of 54 respondents who were selected through a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using path analysis in SPSS 22. The results showed that perceived usefulness had a significant effect on attitude toward using, perceived ease of use had a significant effect on attitude toward using, attitude toward using had a significant effect on behavioral intention, and behavioral intention had a significant effect on actual usage. In addition, user interest also has a significant effect on real use. Therefore, these factors play an important role in encouraging the use of technology and should be considered in developing strategies to increase the acceptance and use of government applications in the future, especially in the SIPADES application.
