Abstract

The application is a media thing that is used in the modern era at this time, the application is needed by the user, one of which is used to register online at every hospital. Hospitals are currently inseparable from applications to register queues to carry out examinations. In order to develop the application to make it more attractive, it is necessary to redesign the application using the User Centered Design method and carry out testing using ISO 9126. The Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital application has several obstacles faced by users, so it is necessary to evaluate the usability of users from the aspect of needs and also aspects of the technology used and updates to the appearance of the application. The existence of this test is able to provide recommendations for improvements to the application so that it can be developed according to the wishes of the user. This test uses the ISO 9126 method which is a method for finding usability problems which is divided into 4 variable aspects, namely Understandability, Learnability, Operability, Attractiveness. The design results were carried out based on user needs and the results obtained in the initial test were 55.24% (Ordinary Only) using a precision of 10% and 70.20% (Interesting) using a precision of 5%. After doing the initial test, you will get the final test results by creating a new display that gets a value of 88.5% (Very Interesting).
