Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information communication technology system that functions to process and integrate as a whole about the process flow of hospital services. At Bhayangkara Bondosowoso Hospital, the use of the system is not running optimally because there is incomplete data on outpatient care by 14% and incomplete inpatient data by 77%. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the acceptability of the use of hospital management information systems with the Technoloogy Acceptance Model (TAM) method in the inpatient unit of Bhayangkara Bondowoso hospital. This type of research is qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation, documentation, ultrasound, and brainstorming. The results showed that there was an obstacle, namely the officer did not know the existence of a module that caused difficulties when an error occurred. The lack of stability of the internet network used and there is incomplete data inputted on SIMRS. Suggestions that can be given are IT officers to add backup servers so that the use of SIMRS is maximized, make a division of tasks to SIMRS users related to the obligation to fill in SIMRS so that the information produced can be relevant and accurate, re-socialization related to the procurement of manual book / guidebooks so that users know the existence of guidebooks so that they can facilitate the implementation of SIMRS
