Abstract

BPJS will change the first, second, and third class systems to become a Standard Inpatient Class system (KRIS) so that the contribution system will be changed to suit the salaries of BPJS users and will be realized in 2025. Due to system changes at BPJS, people give opinions on Instagram. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the comments to find out whether sentiment is positive, neutral or negative. With this analysis, it is hoped that the government can evaluate the regulations before they are realized, so that the public can accept system changes. This study uses the Rule Base Method based on Lexical Resources from Sentiwordnet. The results obtained by comparing 354 prediction data and 354 actual data are 43% accuracy, 43% recall, and 42% precision. This algorithm has poor diagnostic value.
