Abstract

The post-pandemic COVID-19 situation has had a significant impact, especially on the health, economy, and social sectors in Indonesia. Globally, the COVID-19 pandemic has shown its impact on the economic slowdown in Indonesia, with the implementation of physical distancing measures. The economic slowdown in Indonesia has led to layoffs, potentially increasing the unemployment rate in the country. The increased unemployment rate has an impact on the poverty level in Indonesia. The government continues to make efforts to combat poverty, especially in the post-Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic era. One of the government's efforts to address this issue is by providing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) sourced from Village Funds (BLT-DD). However, the selection of recipients for direct cash assistance from the village funds has not been targeted accurately in its distribution. Therefore, a decision support system for selecting recipients of direct cash assistance from the village funds is developed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The Simple Additive Weighting method is chosen because the criteria for selection have been predetermined. Based on the testing results of the system using 88 population data, consisting of 54 data of non-recipients and 34 data of recipients, the system achieved an accuracy rate of 79%.
