Abstract

This study aims to determine the accounting information system for inpatient income at RSD dr. Soebandi. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system for inpatient income at RSD dr. Soebandi is fine. This can be seen from the existence of patient revenue procedures starting from inpatient registration to patient discharge. Likewise with the procedure for inpatient cash income at RSD dr. Soebandi has complied with the existing system. Separation of parts that are clear and have been carried out such as the registration section, the revenue section carried out by the cashier and storage as well as recording and reporting with supporting documents. However, the accounting information system for inpatient income still has weaknesses, namely at the cashier's office that miss communication between employees should maintain communication with each other so that so that errors do not occur in determining costs and compeleteness of patient files.
