Abstract

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, hospitals must apply restrictions on patient visits. This causes changes in inpatient services, especially related to TT management. Based on the results of a preliminary study at Fatimah Banyuwangi Hospital, the number of Covid-19 patient visits experienced an attack rate in December 2020, 90 patients, then increased again in July 2021, 108 patients. The cases continued to decline and increased again in February 2022, 36 patients. This study aims to analyze the predictions of Covid-19 patients and the need for TT in the next three years. This study used descriptive research using secondary data sources namely data on Covid-19 patients and SHRI data on Covid-19 patients. Data collection uses SHRI documentation with time series data analysis techniques is Moving Average and the BOR formula. The results of this study indicate that the predicted number of patients will increase in December 2023, namely 84 patients and will experience another spike in August 2024, 78 patients. The highest prediction result of patient HP are in February 2024, are 556 days, so that the highest prediction of needs TT is also in February 2024, 32 TT. The conclusion is Predictions of the number of Covid-19 and HP patients each month in the next three years (2023- 2025) will experience fluctuating results, so the prediction results for the need for the number of TTs in isolation rooms will also fluctuate. Based on these predictions, hospitals can plan the readiness of resources, and facilities, and plan for future TT need. Keyword: prediction, covid-19 patient, TT, Moving Average, Hospital
