Abstract

Decision support system (DSS) is an information system that uses information technology. CV. Azkhanza provides bonuses for workers who have good performance, but the assessment that should be realistic, fair, and valid with the situation in the field is still subjective because of the emotional closeness with the owner of the company. The method developed for the decision support system in this study uses Simple Additive Weighting. If there is the same ranking, proceed with the Weighted Product method. The calculation data can be implemented into SPK CV. Azkhanza and produced valid data with calculations that had previously been done by researchers. in the same weighted product ranking analysis in the SAW analysis has been resolved and Abdul is ranked 1st and Fandi ranked 2nd. SPK CV. Azkhanza has built a test using the Black Box with the test results accordingly.
