Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of participation, transparency, accountability, responsibility in planning (RPJMDesa and RKPDesa) and village financial budgeting (APBDesa) in Darsono Village, Arjasa District, Jember Regency. The method in this study is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis. Methods of data collection is done by means of interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the Darsono Village government has properly implemented the principles of participation, transparency, accountability, responsibility related to village financial planning and budgeting.
