Abstract
DPC Peradi Jember is advocate organizations in Jember with more than 100 members. Not many Jember people know about this organization. In fact, many students from the Law Faculty of the Jember State University stated that information about this organization was lacking. This organization often holds activities such as advocate exams, professional education for prospective advocates, seminars and so on. This information is often not conveyed according to the target.This study aims to create a prototype design for the interface of the DPC Peradi Jember profile website. In designing the design using the Five Planes method which is considered to be able to describe the needs in the design. The five stages of this method are the Strategy Plane, Scope Plane, Structure Plane, Skeleton Plane, and Surface Plane. 96.4% of respondents were interested in the DPC Peradi Jember website. Based on the questionnaires distributed, the feature or function most needed by potential users is providing legal information and organizational activities as much as 76.2%. The user's needs for the DPC Peradi Jember website are to display organization's profile, provide the latest articles and announcements, and a lists of organizational members.
