Abstract

The Benculuk health center has used the health center information system (SIMPUS) but there are still problems such as errors in the system, there is no medical record check-in and entry feature yet, it has not been integrated with several services, there are no restrictions on access rights, and no guidebooks are available. The purpose of this study was to evaluate SIMPUS on user satisfaction using the PIECES Framework method. The design of this study was cross-sectional, involving 37 respondents who were selected randomly. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically using the regression test. In multivariate terms, a variable with a p value less than 0.05 was information, precisely p = 0.032. It was concluded that information is a determinant of SIMPUS user satisfaction at the Benculuk Banyuwangi Health Center.
