Abstract

Techno-economic analysis of the Eco Smart Charging Area: Solar Photovoltaic Roof System-based Electric Vehicle Charging Station located at the Jember State Polytechnic is expected to be an innovation that can be developed so that it can assist the government in achieving a renewable energy mix in 2050. The data collection method used is the literature studies and simulations. The Eco Smart Charging Area is 11 m long and 35.49 m wide and has an area of ​​130.13 m2 producing 34 kWp of power. Based on an economic analysis, the Eco Smart Charging Area is stated to be feasible because it has lower energy costs than the basic PLN SPKLU electricity rate, which is 1365.36/kWh. Investment feasibility calculations show an NPV of Rp. 233,530,571.42; The IRR is 10% higher than the interest rate set by Bank Indonesia, which is 5.75%; The BCR value is 1.91 and in the 13th year the DPP will be reached.
