Abstract

At this time infants (under five years) as the successor of the nation are expected to become quality human resources in the future that require special attention. The age of infants under five is a time when they are very vulnerable to nutritional needs and health problems. Therefore it is important for parents to monitor the nutritional status of their children. However, not all parents understand how to determine the nutritional status of their children. The nutritional status detection system is used to help parents find out their child's nutritional status without having to see an expert. Parents only need an Android device to find out their child's nutritional status. This system uses the forward chaining method to detect nutritional status. This method was chosen because it can replace the task of a genuine expert. This nutritional status detection system for toddlers also has a high level of accuracy, which is 97%. This level of accuracy was obtained by testing using a total of 61 data from infants under five. Key Word: forward chaining, android, nutrition
