Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of accountability and transparency on the management of school operational assistance funds (BOS) at SMKs in Besuki District. This research method uses quantitative methods with IBM SPSS data management with data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The data source for this research is primary data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were SMKs in Besuki District and the samples in this study were school principals, treasurers, BOS fund management and school committees. The results of this study indicate that accountability and transparency have a significant effect on the management of BOS funds at SMKs in Besuki District.
