Abstract

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2017) states that pharmacies are a specific place, where pharmacy works and distribution of pharmaceutical preparations can establish pharmacies with their own capital or company capital. One example of a pharmacy that stands with company capital is a pharmacy in a prosperous family partner clinic. The family welfare partner clinic is related to the pharmacy information system that is not yet available, it causes calculating drug prices, controlling availability and drug stock data collection in a manual manner which causes service bottlenecks and also out of drug stock. Another problem is the unavailability of drugs when patients buy by prescription there are 10% of 328 patients per month who are not served because the drug stock runs out, with patients who are not served the prescription will cause patients to replace drugs or redeem prescriptions at other pharmacies, this causes accuracy in drug services have not been maximized. The purpose of this study is to produce a pharmacy information system as an effort to increase the effectiveness of entering drug data and there is a notification when drug stocks will run out, besides making reports faster. The hope of this research is that it can provide management and provide good pharmacy services in order to improve service quality. The type of research used in this study is qualitative by using the prototype method for pharmacy information system design using system flowcharts, Contex Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, ERD and in implementing programs using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and data processing on this pharmacy information system using linear regression forecasting. The results of this study are pharmacy information systems to facilitate pharmacy officers to control the availability of drug stock and speed up service. Further research is expected to be able to integrate applications with all existing poly.
