Abstract
The hospital that cooperate with social insurance administration organization must use e-claim and v-claim. Citra Husada Hospital found problem in e-claim and v-claim is system not bridging. These problems have an impact on pending claims. The purpose of this study was evaluate of the e-claim and v-claim at Citra Husada Hospital using PIECES method. This kind of study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Informan in this research is 12 people. The results of the study on e-claim obtained good categories with the highest answers agree, namely the performance, information, efficiency and service variable. Adequate categories with the highest answer disagree, namely on economic and control variables. The results of v-claim obtained good categories with the highest answer agreed, namely in the information, control, efficiency and service variables. The result of the v-claim study obtained adequate categories with the highest answers disagree, namely on the performance and economic variable. The recommendation given to hospital was the provision of special funds for the improvement of information system. Recruitment of IT employees to improve e-claim and v-claim. The officer must enter the patient claim data properly and correctly.
