Abstract
In Bondowoso Regency, the number of labor absorption by small and medium industries continues to increase along with the increase in the number of small and medium scale business units. But the growth of labor absorption in small and medium industries is not as fast as the growth in the number of business units. In addition, the number of labor force employed has decreased over the past few years. In the Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Bondowoso regency IKM data has not been arranged systematically and neatly, the data is still made using Excel, there is no integrated system between IKM and the Cooperative Industry and Trade Cooperative Office of Bondowos Regency, there is no clear concentration / focus in developing development IKM in Bondowoso district, there is no reward / gift for SMIs that have developed / advanced in Bondowoso district. With the existence of a geographical information system for mapping SMIs in Bondowoso district, it becomes a solution in its development, so that it can be right on target in determining its policies. With the help of fuzzy tsukamoto , the Web and Codeigniter (CI) programming language that I developed are expected to help and provide solutions to the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperatives (DISKOPERINDAG), Bodowoso Regency.
