Abstract
DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR WEB-BASED NON-PERMANENT TEACHERS PLACEMENT IN JEMBER REGENCY USING K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR METHOD, Dian Wahyuni, NIM E41190053, Year 2020, Information Technology, Jember State Polytechnic, Zilvanhisna Emka Fitri S.ST., MT (Advisor I). The Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency of Jember Regency is a government agency that handle staffing problems in Jember Regency,one of which is data management for teacher educators. Based on the data held byThe Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency of Jember Regency, there are two types of teacher data, suchdata on PNS teachers as much as 6,718 and data for non-permanent teachers(GTT) as much as 3,324 (Jember Regency Regional Government, Data of GTT, 2019). Non-permanent teachers (GTT) is non-PNS teachers who work based on an Assignment Letter (SP) from the Regent of Jember. The Decision Support System forWeb-Based Non-Permanent Teachers Placementcan help The Staffing Agency of Jember Regency in mapping teachers with reference to data that has been processed using the K-Neares Neighbor (K-NN) Method. The Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency of Jember Regency will recommend to the Regent of Jember to fulfill an equalization program for Non-Permanent Teachers by using data that has been processed using the K-Neares Neighbor (K-NN) method.
