Abstract

This study aims to determine the dose of vermicompost fertilizer on the production of red flower Rosella ( Hibiscus sabdariffa L.)The research design usen was the Randomized Blok Design (RCBD), using a factor such as the dose of vermicompost fertilizer consisting of 5 treatments. The first treatment without vermicompost fertilizer (PK 0), the second treatment is 125 gr/ plant (PK 1), the third treatment is 250 gr/ plant (PK 2), the third treatment is 375 gr/ plant (PK 3), and the treadment the last to 4, 500 gr/ plant (PK 4). Each treadment was repeated 5 times . the parameters used are plant height, number of multiply, caloric wet weight, caloric dry weight, dry stover weight and dry weight of rosella plant. The data obtained from each parameter was analyzed using a F test of 5 % level, if there were significant differences between treatments (significantly different) then continued with a 5 % LSD test. The results of this study indicate that the application of vermicompost fertilizer 0 gr, 125 gr, 375 gr, 500 gr/ plant has significant effect on all parameters.
